ICDC-GBI PHILS., CORP. began in 2010 as TJTMT Power Partners and Builders Inc. and was formally incorporated in 2017. We specialize in exclusive residential, private, and government projects, delivering quality craftsmanship through expert project planning, management, and execution. Supported by consultant engineers, our portfolio includes company maintenance, renovation, and sustainable building solutions.

With an expanded board in 2019 and a corporate amendment in 2022—officially becoming Ingenious Contracting and Development Corp.—we continue to advance construction technology and innovative design-build solutions.

In 2025, we further strengthened our presence by becoming the official ICDC-GBI PHILS., CORP., the Philippine branch of one of Vietnam’s leading steel companies, through a strategic partnership, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. Our dedicated team of engineers, architects, finance officers, safety committees, and administrators ensures every project is meticulously designed, flawlessly executed, and aligned with client expectations, building lasting trust and excellence.
